Absolutely blown away at the mental and physical transformation I have had over the last three months with Sara. She challenges me at every session. Weirdly, I feel the most comfortable in my body when I am training with her. I feel strong and am determined to be stronger. I feel proud of things I didn’t think I was capable of doing. My daughter and I work out with Sara together, and we often laugh at how much we claim to dread our workouts while actually LOVING them. Sara is tough! Sara is fierce! Sara works us hard!!! But Sara also pushes us to do things we didn’t believe we could do, and WOW have we seen results in a relatively short time. I’m a couch potato by nature, but I am so much stronger since training with Sara, and I am so much more confident in my body’s abilities. One example: Sara asked us how we felt about lunges, and we both started to cry. But she patiently taught us how to do a correct lunge (I love how she spends the time needed to make sure we’re using the proper form and that we understand exactly what muscles we’re supposed to be working), and now it comes so easily and naturally — something I never expected! Sara is kind and encouraging, and spending time with her is a (sweaty) joy.
