David holds a certification from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), and has developed a specialized skillset in body recomposition through muscle hypertrophy. His focus is on helping clients build lean muscle mass while reducing body fat, resulting in a toned and defined physique.
In addition to his work with clients seeking body recomposition, David also has a passion for working with injury-prone clients. Drawing on his deep knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics, David is able to help clients with a wide range of injuries still find a way to exercise and progress their bodies.
David’s approach to working with injured clients is centered around a rehab process that focuses on rebuilding the body and increasing overall strength and mobility. By gradually increasing the amount of weight lifted and focusing on proper form and technique, clients are able to safely and effectively rebuild their bodies and improve their quality of life.
