Meet Sara Cox, co-owner and personal trainer at Sweat Equity Fitness. Sara’s happiness is achieved through building and maintaining a healthy lifestyle while helping her clients build their own.
Sara has worked in the fitness industry training clients for over 6 years, and holds a certification through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Sara specializes is in weight loss and strength training, as she herself struggled with loosing weight before finding fitness.
With Sara’s personal weight loss journey, she’s gained a deep passion for helping others accomplish the same. While pushing her clients to limits they never believed possible, Sara’s approach allows each client to feel comfortable throughout the process. Sara has helped countless men and women feel strong and confident in their own bodies.
Sara will methodically create a fitness program customized to each individual client in order to benefit them both presently and long term. She holds the knowledge to work with any fitness level- beginner, intermediate, advanced.. you name it. Her expertise in proper programming for individuals of all ages and levels has built her reputation as an extremely versatile trainer.
Training with Sara is a mix of fun and hard work. Sara knows that gyms can be intimidating and training can be vulnerable. Her gentle yet confident personality creates for a challenging workout in a comfortable atmosphere.
